Payments and Prices
All prices are current and we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including shipping, payment, and VAT (25%).
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. We do not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a customer’s order on a case-by-case basis (for example, if incorrect personal information is provided or if there are payment issues).
Payment is made through secure transactions at checkout using the Stripe service.
Deliveries and Returns
Shipping: €26 from Sweden
Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days to the nearest collection point.
Please be careful when providing your delivery address; we are not responsible for lost shipments if the address provided is incorrect.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays.
We will do our best to fulfill your order, but there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with our carrier, that prevent us from completing the order.
We reserve the right to waive compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
All delivery terms apply within the European Union. Note that packages remain at your local service point for 14 days, after which they are returned to us. We will then treat the package as an unclaimed parcel (see below).
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt of the product. If the customer chooses not to collect the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged for the equivalent shipping costs (both to and from) as well as handling fees.
Please ensure your contact information for notifications is correct.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your goods within 14 days without providing a reason.
Notify us of your intent to return your order by emailing info@rjhansendesign.com no later than 14 days after receiving the item. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to make deductions for returned goods that are not in their original condition.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
You can cancel an order at any time before it has entered production. If your item was damaged during delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible at info@rjhansendesign.com.
Complaints
If your item is damaged upon receipt, we will of course replace it. Please contact us promptly at info@rjhansendesign.com, and we will assist you.
